Now it’s time to talk about the Iraqi dinar.

The last time we were together we talked to you about activities in cities and it is best that we just don’t talk too much about that….because that is military….when it comes to military…that is rude…crude to even suggest certain things….so we leave it alone. But I will say that the capture….the stabilization of cities are very important to Iraq….extremely important to the Monetary Reform of Iraq.

So I want you to know that there are great advances, we keep saying that….but we are still…..IMO…..not in position to go deep into what is going on in these areas….now granted I suppose there is nothing wrong with telling you about Mosul….and that is really the big ENCHILADA….that’s the big city and we will talk about it.

IMO….what happened to the price of oil this week….in the third week of January….look at your notes from November….from December….when did we tell you the price of oil would start to go back up in this third week of January…..you saw the evidence…it went up $2, $3, $5 a barrel….overall about a 7% increase.

Now we believe….IOO…..that we are going to see this barrel of oil somewhere around $42-45…..going into the first week of February….then we are going to expect…..IOO….fluctuations in the month of February….now the fluctuations are going to be rather steady to be honest with you….up and down….up and down….but a steady climb….and it should land when it is all said and done somewhere between $42 and $45 per barrel….this is our opinion. As we told you we will see some fluctuations….any time we see some problems……problems there will be more problems…..well the shenanigans….doing things they shouldn’t be doing….going against certain laws….you mean like the banks in Iraq not obeying the CBI……that is a good example…..so what example are you speaking of….well if you see any oil that is sold out of Libya….being sold out of Syria…..or even sold out of Turkey….then there might be some problems…..because you see these are the three places that have been selling it for dirt cheap for around $10/barrel and that is what has been messing things up….well along with the PTB who have a dial and can turn down the price of oil….but this is something we cannot allow any more……who is we….oh the coalition forces because the coalition forces are selling oil like crazy. Did you see what China and Iran did….so it is extremely important to remember that if you see oil being sold out of Libya, Syria, or Turkey then the fluctuations that I talk about will be extended.

Oil prices are going to go back down because they just went up a little bit….but they will continue to fluctuate and continually move in an upward direction in February…..so is this to cause instability on purpose….what the bad guys are doing….well of course it is….ISIS is selling at $10 and Turkey got caught buying it….not once but three times they got caught and that is bad news…this is all in your notes…..buying it from Turkey would be bad news and only lead to a lot of trouble and we don’t want that to happen.

Mosul has not been overtaken yet…..technically Mosul hasn’t even started yet…..you know why….because they are bombing it….and when we talk to our friends….they tell us….we are watching….we watch….there are more troops coming….and as soon as they get here we will go ahead and move in and clean it all up….this bombing will go on for about 2 weeks….so the ground attack hasn’t even really started yet…..no…but we are keeping score….look here comes another one….BOOM….in fact Sec Def Carter said you guys will go in in about two weeks….so we as a TEAM stay away from Mosul because they haven’t even started in Mosul yet.

As far as Fallujah goes….that can be secondary.

We shouldn’t be talking about what any of our troops are doing right now….but I can give my opinion…..deep in my heart I think….if we had Mosul….we would already have the RV….well no one else is saying that Frank…..I don’t much care…..look let me try to tell you something that maybe you don’t know yet….but maybe you do know….if you came to our TEAM chat and know how to decode some of my notes….if Mosul were secured Family….in our very strong opinion we would tell you that we would see an RV right now….here’s why….the main branch for the CBI is in Mosul…..just get me Mosul…..now we also need laws and we will talk about them in a minute….but get me Mosul….so ok we are working on that and that is why we don’t want to talk about Mosul and why we don’t want to tell anybody exactly what it is we are doing on the ground right now because we aren’t doing anything on the ground right now….we just watch…..sadly citizens were told to clear out…but citizens are fighting back….remember last time when we were together we told you the Holy Man told them to get them…..to attack….well Mosul is needed….and it should be number 1…and we should have gotten it last year and we should have gotten this on January 1^st……but they didn’t and Mosul….IMO…..is a very big reason why…..there are many factors….and in fact the next time we are together….I might do it tomorrow….or maybe next Monday.....I got a surprise for you.

You know what a Control Center is….when I was a little boy in the first grade, the teachers came in and this was in Ramstein, Germany, excuse me, the MP’s came in and asked for Francisco Villa, the German teacher pointed right at me right away. One of these MP’s picked me up and they escorted me outside a blue Air Force bus where my Mother was waiting….and there were other Mothers with their children and we were escorted to a mound….we went up these stairs and our room was the third door in the right….because every time I went to the bathroom I had to come back to the same room….anyways as we went up the stairs I remember being able to look down in the bottom seeing these tables, it looked like they were playing pool….remember the Beverly Hillbillies when Uncle Jed would ask for more possum pie and Jethro would hook it with a pool stick and pass it over….that is what this looked like…what it reminds me of now….what I didn’t know was they were using these big sticks to move things around on the tables and there was this big wall that was transparent glass and there was a guy on a ladder that moved sideways and he was drawing on the wall. It wasn’t until three days later that the all clear was given….Khrushchev and Kennedy had gotten mad at each other….it was called the Bay of Pigs and because we were Americans in the European Theater we were collected and protected right away in case of nuclear fallout….that was a Control Center…..because my Father worked with Intelligence….and I have a Control Center here in my home….but I’ve never shown it to you…if not tomorrow maybe next Monday….it will require me to turn the cameras around and what you will see is the Monetary Reform…it’s the goal….you always put the goal on top and underneath it there are these spokes….these wheels….these lines…..it is subdivided but it all leads up to one cause or one focus…..depending on how many tiers you have depends on how long it takes to reach that goal….I might show you my central board so you have an understanding of what we study as a TEAM….there are many things and they are softening the targets right now.

But Frank you told us we need laws…..of course we need laws….you don’t think we need those……but why are you telling us we need Mosul too….let me tell you it’s not just laws….it’s not just Mosul…..it is a plethora of things and my central board may help you to understand.

So we are not really paying too much attention to activities that are happening on the ground or in the air right now because we need two more weeks….we need two more weeks for them to go into Mosul and get me the main branch of the CBI….would you like that Dr. Shabibi…of course you would.

Meanwhile in Hithea, ISIS is planning a two pronged attack….but the strange thing is they were allowed to prepare to enter Hithea but only so they might be trapped….well you read about it they were by this big dam….I call what went on demolition crew….they blew the living daylights out of the dam because they need a new one and in doing so they also got rid of ISIS.

Mosul is about 2 weeks out….we will wait for them to make some kind of announcement that the ground has started…if they do then we will talk more in depth. We do know the Kurds are helping….they have the north, east, and west sides….while others are coming up from the south.

Did you see that Abadi went to Switzerland, to Davos…..he had Dr. Shabibi with him, but they won’t tell you so we will leave that out…..now when he went there the whole pretense was to tell you that….well this is the PM of Iraq and he is going to Davos, Switzerland, where they are going to talk about bringing investors into Iraq…NO….and you saw my post didn’t you….NO….they even had an international fair last year didn’t they that took care of all that…..NO….look here….from the WSJ…..”In Davos Some Wonder”….the chill in the air wasn’t just from the altitude….a sharp slide in public and private valuations for prominent technological firms hung like a snow cloud over the world economic forums annual event this year…..as investors and entrepreneurs crammed into the meeting and this article goes on and on….and what it tells me is they don’t see much of a future. Look may I suggest what happened in Switzerland is absolutely none of your business…but of course it is Frank…no it is not…..yes it is Frank they talked about investors….no they didn’t…..you know what they talked about….what we call the Conscript Law….what I taught you about…..do you think investors want to come into Iraq with a bunch of renegades running all over the place wanting to chop their heads off.

Iran you guys are so far advanced….you’re kidding me…you got a big deal with China….Abadi did you see that….can you do that…well we are trying to clean up our backyard, Iran is way ahead of us…..I know….I keep telling you and I keep telling them….you got to wait for Iraq…..but Abadi….they may not….did you see what they did with China….you could have had the same deal with your oil….now hurry up…..well I went to Davos and I told them we are going to have one Central Command from now on and I’m in charge and I’m going to have Security under me and there would be no more renegades running around all over our country….NO….NO absolutely not.

Family let me try to illustrate this a little bit more stronger because this is important….you think they told you what they did….but they didn’t….because they don’t want to because it has nothing to do with what you think they are doing….what you think they are doing they have already done a long time ago….the investors….they are the ones who are scared….so they went back to Davos and they talked to whoever….IMO….and what they really talked about was the Conscript Law….how Abaidi’s going to give these investors the confidence to come in and be secured.

You said that the Rial has to wait for the IQD to RV now an article is on the forum that says Iran will go international in three to four weeks and today there is an article that says Iran will be on the SWIFT system, does that mean they will be international…..Lucy we got some serious talking to do tonight so hang in there.

Now before we leave Davos, you got to understand they are trying to get these laws for the investors because they already know who these investors are…they are in the Long Line…we can point them out to you….you are in that Long Line….you are one of the investors….but look….when that meeting ended….a matter of hours later there was an article that was put out….go to the thread titled 01/21/2016….third page, this article is midway down on that page….you will see an article January 23^rd…..many read it and made postings on it….Abadi’s Davos speech…..the date of this speech….01/23/2015…..what Abadi and others told the international world is none of your business….and IMO….what they told the international world was about security…..you got to study family….you got to study….then the following day another article came out with the breakdown of the steps from the meeting….this is what you want to read……yes that speech what really happened it is under one command center…..Abadi targets investors in this speech….and he got them convinced. The IMF knows darn well what Abadi is doing. When Mosul is done, then you will see the Monetary Reform that was expected on January 1^st….they just weren’t ready…..the thing too is that the CBI main branch in Mosul is still 2 weeks away before we can tell you anything about it…..that is why I say to you, they haven’t started in Mosul….they only target and soften at this point….and boots on the ground they have been authorized….if you don’t know you can look this up….and the citizens are saying ENOUGH….is enough…..and they got involved in many things….fighting back against ISIS….but they should have left….they use cell phones….they dropped leaflets to tell the citizens to leave….but the citizens got into the battle unarmed…they use knives….we pray for collateral damage to be minimal.

Meanwhile, the US sends billions of dollars worth of arsenals for their F-16….no one on the internet understood this….this is how we are softening things….but how did they do this, they have no money, they have no liquidity…..how do they do this……maybe a favor….a deal….oil….more dinars….what is going on…..how are you guys able to pay billions when you can’t even take care of your own salaries….well we ah….we are softening the targets and we stand right along with all the coalition forces….we have no weapons here in Iraq but we are building up our arsenals……the US is building up arsenals here with us….and every time we’ve asked the US for weapons they have said NO….but this is a change in the ME policy….I know….but the thing is….I need to know….how the heck did you do this….well….may I suggest to you Family….I hope you listened to our CC last week….we told you that the IQD is seeking confidence within the international world…that is what Davos was about.

Family because we sold them arsenals, weapons….to soften the targets in Iraq with our military’s coalition forces….we……the US is demonstrating that we have a lot of confidence in Iraq….in what Iraq is doing….did you catch that international world….yeah we saw that…we just talked to them in Davos.

Family if the US and the IMF have more confidence in Iraq….what you seek is going to come quicker.

Now you can’t have any money…..no weapons….but you just sold us……we didn’t sell you JACK….but you just told somebody that you sold us $2 billion dollars worth of arsenal stuff.

So at the Davos meeting it was about the Conscript Law or the National Guard Law….now look at the copy from 2015….it talks about the National Guard Law….Family for over a year that is what the international world wants….for Abadi to take over his country….you be the leader of all your groups……that has long been a problem in the ME…..to much secular division….get organized….look at us….the Russians….they are all Communists and no one gives them grief….look at Iran…..all the world are infidels…I Kill You…..look at the US, democracy….look at China….all have full control…..do you mind Abadi……take control….I’m working on it, I’m doing it…..ok, I know you are, but I got to tell you something Abadi….you got pressure coming at you from all over….it’s almost as if Maliki’s ancient ancestors haunt me from Iran no matter where I go.

Look Abadi, confidence in you….your currency, your monetary reform, your country, everything….that is what we need….in fact one of your economists just recently said….the lack of confidence in banks and withdrawal of money including the rise of gold and the USD.

Hey citizens….are you ready to fight with the Holy Man by your side….yes…..I would rather you not….be careful….take cover instead.

Citizens….did Maliki arrest Abadi….they laugh….in his dreams…..you read that garbage too….yeah we read it.

Meanwhile the President of the Supreme Islamic Council, Hakim, refuses to label as bankrupt, the country….he says the year of 2016 is the year of compromises in Iraq and in regions around us…..boy you are angry aren’t you….in fact you also have to compromise your banking systems don’t you Abadi….yeah we do I guess.

Iran……Good Morning Rial….how are you doing….oh we are alright…Iran….the people in Iraq….the government….we have one of the head leaders who wants you to know….we should let the market decide the real rates of the IQD and the Rial and avoid and interfering with mechanical or rate settings in the FOREX market….hot-diggity-dog….if these guys keep talking they are just going to give us the date.

Well I’m sorry dude…..Iran does not want to wait…..Iran could care less how they interfere with whatever mechanisms that are out there, especially the FOREX mechanism….shoot….we do what we want to do infidels…I Kill all of you…..and you know something….that is what they are doing…..they know that they have to wait….but they are not waiting are they….did Saddam wait….when he took over he changed the rate to 3.22….IMF said are you insane and he kept it that way for about 3 or 4 years….and it didn’t cause all that much negative consequence in the market.

And Iran…the interesting thing is that Iraq is studying the damaging effects of you Iran to see if it will cause the collapse of their economy….what economy.

Here is what you should be asking Iraq of Iran because Iran is so far ahead of you it is embarrassing…..can we work together with you on economic embargoes…can we get involved in some of those things you are doing….with your oil…can we work with our oils together….in fact…..China….is it true that you guys want Iranian bank branches in your country…..don’t you want any Iraqi bank branches…..NO….you are still trying to get your baby banks back…..Iran is ready….yeah but there is this little protocol….this chain of command…..look 10 years ago we did this….yeah but we kind of like Iran…they are gutsy….they got the meatballs.

So Iraq….just get a move on….because Iran is looking at you in their rear view mirror.

Many world industries are going to Iran and that is embarrassing Iraq…and all because you dragged your feet…..well no it was because we didn’t have our infrastructure….we were a war torn country….No…you could have done this….with the snap of a finger….just like that….well we had Maliki that took over and he gave us problems….you know what you could have done with him…..Iran and their currency is looking at you in their rear view mirror and saying….Up Yours……investors are converging in Iran…..you have to go Abadi and find investors.

Brother Abadi you are doing a good job….but with all due respect, all you got to do is pass those laws….and the two weeks would be done in two hours….hoorah.

Family I have already talked about oil….it is important and the way we have laid it out to you it seems to be that way praise God….but we also keep an eye on the USD….but I don’t want you to think that the oil is as important to the Monetary Reform as the USD is….No….the USD is a free eagle….it can fly….the IQD is an anchor, it’s a program rate, it’s at the bottom of the ocean. Now do you think the free flying American bald eagle needs an anchor…..no….it’s the other way around….the economy of this country is going to be good for everybody else….it will be a secondary reward….but the currency of each country will not be affected because they are in a basket with the IQD….got that….it is quite a difference.

A currency for a country gains confidence in an international world because of its assets….because of its stability….because of its government….because of its relationships….because of its positions with different three-letter agencies.

The IQD….you need us….you need us….the free international world of trading and her currencies that have confidence based on our country assets….it’s not that you are making us stronger….it’s that you are going to make us stronger….so don’t think that we are waiting for you dinar…this is your ticket to ride….this is your opportunity to reach for that golden ring on the merry-go-round…..how many times is it going to go around….I don’t know. You are running out of time Iraq….Abadi….the citizens are running out of patience too and you know that don’t you Abadi….they still like you.

Maliki thought that he could get away with it and say, I captured Abadi and I was a good guy and I released him….bull….he thinks that your negativity with the citizens is even going to get worse with what he said….but no they know he’s a joke….but the citizens are running out of patience Abadi.

In fact check this out Abadi….”Citizens, Our Patience is Running Out and Our Support for Abadi Depends on its Response to the Directives of References for Reforms”….what does that mean….it means the citizens are mad….but it also means it depends on the response of the directives of Abadi in reference to the reforms……in other words the reforms they want….so how are you going to respond Abadi….you going to give us these reforms….you going to speed things up….you going to give us the laws….in fact this is the actual translation….”The Citizens say that our patience is running out and our support of a dependence on its response to the religious authority directives of the reference in the reforms….so in other words….Abadi you got to do what the Holy Man told you to do….because we citizens are very disappointed….and you don’t want us to get involved….we have already gotten involved and we are taking it out on ISIS because we are mad….we don’t want to take it out on you guys….but our Holy Man is ready to do so.

So citizens do you really want to get into this fight….no I guess not….banks…we need your help with the citizens……what….we tried everything….ki cards….q cards….bonds….gold….we tried lying about the 50k’s….what kind of help do you want with the citizens….we want you to start to force the Iraqi citizens to use the IQD….how are we going to do that…..we will show you how….”Some Banks Refrain From the USD Deposit in USD Forcing them to the Iraqi Dinar”…..Holy Cow….that is smart….so when they come in and want change in USD….you are telling them….nope….we give you change in IQD’s only….is that what you are doing….yep….you are forcing their hands aren’t you…yep….it’s a catch-22….yep…..and at the price of the Central Bank and not the market price is that correct…yep…..do you understand that Family…..we told you last week they messed up the market rate again….the citizens said up yours….they have their own bartering system….I told you they use USD’s and euro dollars….they use their own monetary system…..they got their own street rate….they take care of themselves….I don’t need no stinking IQD’s….but you need to so to help us finish this Monetary Reform….give me the laws….give me everything else that we need…then we talk about me helping you.

In fact the CBI tells the citizens…..you guys changed the street rate today didn’t you….we changed it a long time ago….we don’t care about your 2% compliance….this is amazing….I just think it is….I’m intrigued….I’m fascinated…..by the steps that we see….I’m happy….I will admit that Iran is pushing Iraq…..let me show you something.

Sunday’s WSJ…..big article that says “Iran Hustles West’s Businesses”….Iran who just got their sanctions lifted is making big mega deals all over the world…..they are going to become so wealthy…that is why I think they are who they are.

It’s crazy…..look…WSJ….Iran is stealing the west’s business opportunities with companies and technologies…you should see what all this says….Iran is pushing full throttle to reestablish relationships with the world as western companies get frantic and run all over the place.

I’m not done…..WSJ….In Iran a Tax-Free Island Returns to the Hey Days….another huge article….they are offering land, islands, tax-free property for people….that will surely attract the international world.

Iran seems to know what it is doing with their currency…but in my strong opinion….they do have to wait….they are either going to come out simultaneously in a basket with other currencies…..or they are going to do something illegal….they are going to bust through the door and raise the value of their currency because of their bravado….but I don’t they will be able to….IMO….in my strong opinion I think they will be stopped.

The USD….well….I’m just concerned that Iran….you see it is a double-edged sword….they can really help us out a lot by pushing Iraq…..but they can also derail some arrangements that have occurred in the last 10 years and that would not be good…..that could cause many currencies to become unstable.

The USD versus the IQD….the world economies can get along fine without the Iraqi or even the Iranian currency….it’s these two currencies that must fall in place in their proper line with the global international community to do business with them….it is their responsibility…the Rial and the IQD….it is their ticket to ride…and unfortunately Iran is jumping out of place….but maybe it will be good to push Iraq.

It is their ticket to ride it is not ours….we can be fine without them in the basket but we want them in there because of their explosive economic growth that we can do with them…..we the USD is what you want to become part of for economic growth ME….we are the business bus….don’t miss the bus…..both of you…this could be your last chance….your last dance…work together.

Really China and Iran….60 billion dollars worth of oil agreement….this past week oil shot up….but don’t forget the fluctuations that we told you about….it will eventually stabilize around $42-45 in the next month.

OPEC is saying that oil will begin to rebalance in 2016.

Yeah I really like the first half of 2016.

Abadi talking to the military….hey….did we blow up the damn dam…..yes we did….ok guys send the money so I can rebuild the dam.

The IMF is working with Dr. Shabibi…..the IMF is working with the CBI.

Check this out, from the IMF….”The Government Will Gradually Remove Remaining Exchange Restrictions and Multiple Currency Practices with a View to Eliminate Rate Distortion”….come on man….how much clearer can that be….the government will gradually remove remaining exchange restrictions….oh the program rate….and multiple currency practices….oh like the euro and others…..with a view to eliminate rate distortion…..those things are preventing us from moving from a program rate to an international rate….yeah there are a couple of things they need to do in order to do that….we studied this together pretty good didn’t we Family.

More information from Davos….the two speeches….they are none of our business…..but I will say they talked to international investors….Iraq was talking to Airway Airlines….they either are or going to make a deal with them….I know Iran has a deal with them….maybe some laws….thawing out of attitudes is helping this….the Investment Law…the Immunity Law…both in the books….the HCL…in the budget…..the Conscript Law…they work on it.

The Iranian Rial seems to be getting real….but I hope that Davos is not their Waterloo…..they do things so fast…Iraq is jealous….Abadi is jealous…..140 Airbus planes sold to Iran….what is up with that….Iran’s contracts are all over the planet…..preparing the same as Iraq…but it has taken Iraq 10 years to prepare.

Our hands are tied…even with the lifting of the nuclear sanctions….our hands as business are still tied….Airbus….they started this deal about a year ago….what are they thinking bout right now.

Abadi and Shabibi I like you both….but you are just too slow….actually you are too slow for Tehran….you are too slow for Iran…..Tehran actually came out three days ago and said….we need to replace Abadi….in fact even the Kurds came out….hey Abadi we are going to print our own currency….no you aren’t…..we are so close…..and the citizens came out and said….hey Abadi we are using our own bartering systems…no come into the banks….no way.

Abadi is busy…he’s busy with the world banks and I think you know what he’s doing…..he’s busy with the WTO….about 5 months ago he tried to make a deal with them….he’s busy with the investors….Abadi’s busy with General Electric…GE….electricity is a huge problem for Iraq….they still do not have light at night….he’s busy with the laws….he’s busy with Maliki’s lies….he’s busy with doing a good job…..just keep praying for him and each other for that matter.

Article from the forum that is a big turning point and it says, Citizens the banks are forcing us to take over and use the dinar and not letting us use the USD….in Baghdad the exchange remittance for the deposit of the dollar with citizens is in the same currency….but the launch in IQD is now something that the banks are going to force on the citizens….some banks refrain from exchanging their dollar deposits in dollars and forcing them to convert to IQD…and the price of the official dinar at the Central Bank and not at the market price….stop making those market prices…get back in here…..we have to maintain this 2% compliant thing….we have to keep this going….this is one of the things the IMF wants….don’t mess this up….please….get in here, use only our currency we are that close….we are giving you instructions from the Central Bank…and we are telling the other banks….STOP THAT….only use our currency…well add value to it because it isn’t worth jack right now.

Using the dinar as law was put in place 18 months ago….but not enforced…that is so true….but then on December 31^st it was supposed to go into effect….but the citizens are their own people….their own government….they take care of themselves because the government is not taking care of them

Is there corruption in the CBI….yes but it has gotten better than it was, even out in the banks that report to the CBI

Can’t they phase out the USD….they have tried that…but it is the citizens that are the real problem and delay

Does Abadi have a plan to clean the CBI…..well yes they are doing that

Will the Turks and Kurds be a problem……well we talked about Turkey….if they try and sell oil illegally at cheap prices to anyone there will be problems….the Kurds….no they huff and puff, but they know what is coming….they are happy

Rumors say that OPEC is stepping in to raise oil prices, how will that affect Iraq’s RV rate…..we hope it would fuel it…..in fact OPEC is in cahoots with the US and we are making these arrangements to raise the price of oil now…IMO
