Hello Family let us pray,
Oh Glorious Father creator of all mankind, thank You for today’s
bountiful blessings, may we live up to all that is served before us. Father my thoughts on this day are with You,
as I know You are the one and only God who has vast control of our place on
Earth and of the universe. Father I pray
that today You heal those stricken with any evil that has invaded their body, I
pray that You bring good health back to all that feel ill, I pray that You show
a way where we may not think a way exists in our marriages, our finances, even
our very lives. Father help us on this
day realize that You are greater than anything we can ever imagine in our
minds, and through You all things are possible.
Jesus Your sacrifice upon the cross was not in vain, the blood that You
shed has cleansed the world of sin, those who come to know You and believe in
You discover the doorway to the Father.
Thank You for the many wonderful teachings that You have left for us to
study. Thank You for being that guiding
light of perfection for which we strive to attain. Father I pray that each of us spends more
time with You than ever before, that we start today believing in You in ways
that we never considered possible. In
the name of the Son, Christ Jesus, I pray….AMEN
Welcome again Family, the days seem to be so filled with excitement any
more, I am not complaining, I find myself looking forward to what can come next. I also find myself talking to God in ways
that I haven’t done before, talking and realizing that as I talk I seem to grow
stronger in His Word. Have you read
Chapter 17 in Genesis? That is where
Sarah finds out that she is pregnant, at the age of 90. Yes at the age of 90, she laughs the idea
off, thinking, this just can’t be, it seems so very impossible. I’m sure that she even looked to Abraham and
said, “Me with a baby…are you kidding me!”
After all she had been through the change of life. What was happening was defying everything
they knew and understood about life on Earth.
By doing and saying these things, Sarah was actually belittling herself,
discounting her abilities, even thinking, “I simply don’t have what it
takes.” By not talking to God about the
situation she was choosing to bury promise deep within.
Just some food for thought here….it is just as easy to talk ourselves
into something as it is to talk ourselves out of something. Instead of expending energy talking and
thinking of reasons why you can’t get well, why this investment won’t happen
soon, why your marriage won’t last, why your dream can’t come true…start
talking yourself into it. It is easier
than you might think, though some of us may have to “retrain” an ingrown proclivity
toward being negative, it is possible to change by bringing God into the
picture and listening to Him as never before.
It is not about being the time to give up; it is about the time to
accept through God that you can do anything.
God will make a way; even where we don’t seem to believe there is a
way. With the help of God we become
anointed, equipped, and talented beyond any level that we have ever before
dreamed was possible.
We need to understand and focus upon one principle; the more we speak God’s
Word, the more we believe it. I know
this to be so true, I used to be a negative thinker and didn’t even realize
that I was doing it, until someone took the time to point out some examples of
my thinking that I had voiced. Boy was I
ever thankful, but not at first, I was defensive to start with but in time I
came to realize the truth. It took that
and me finding Christ in my life to really turn things around for me. As we start to believe more and more in God’s
Word, we see it start to impact our lives in a positive way. A simple way to start changing things today
is to begin proclaiming His promises. As
you feed your faith and begin to move forward in a positive spiritual fashion
you will discover victory and blessings in all that He has in store of you.
You will also decree a thing, and it will be
established for you; and light will shine on your ways. Job 22:28
Go in Peace
Blessings to you all
Aloha
