FRANK26......12-26-2015

Hello Family let us pray,

Heavenly Father, I stand before You giving thanks for the countless blessings that have been received and will be received on this day.  I pray thanks for family and friends.  Father I pray for those who are sick or ill, please put Your healing hands upon them and declare them healed.  For those who require additional medical attention, Father I pray for their medical and/or surgical teams, stand with them and keep their minds sharp and their hands steady.  Father I pray for souls that have yet to be found, and for those who are lost.  Let them walk into the arms of Jesus Christ and allow them to feel His great love for them, regardless of their past.  Let this day be a day for rejoicing as their lives are changed forever because they accept Jesus Christ as their Lord and Savior.  Father I confess my sins and pray that I am made better each day, made stronger as a result of the wisdom that comes from You, that my heart beats with greater intensity because of my love for You.  These prayers are lifted to You in the name of Christ Jesus….AMEN

Welcome Family, glad to be with you on this day.  I have noticed some things about myself and in other people as well.  When we find ourselves committed to something and I mean really and truly committed we seem to find strength to get things done that we might have otherwise thought impossible.  It is written in Scripture, “Let the weak say, ‘I am strong.’”  We find that with our commitment comes a power, sometimes it is the power of positive thinking, sometimes it is the power of physically doing something, but we have a power none the less that wasn’t there before.

It seems as though when we make a declaration, “I can handle this,” it is even more than just positive thinking; we physically take ahold of the strength.  As we say or think it we do get stronger.

The converse to that is also very possible.  If we are constantly telling ourselves that we are defeated, or if we constantly only see the problem, “I can’t handle the loss of a loved one,” “I will never pass this course,” “I hate my job,” it all takes a toll on us and drains us of our strength.  When we think of defeat, the strength that we had is leaves us, our energy leaves us.  Even our creativity is sapped.  We have to be stronger than the negative and not allow it to overcome or overwhelm us.  Remember we are not the victim; we are the victor.

God always has our back, not matter what comes our way He will help us through it.  We must remember to be ready for the challenge.  By staying in agreement with God we know He will take that which is meant to harm and use it to our advantage.  Instead we will be the victors.  We will then be promoted into the blessings and victories that He has planned for us.

Let him take hold of My strength, that he may make peace with Me...  Isaiah 27:5

Go in Peace
Blessings to you all

Aloha
