Let’s start our discussion of the Iraqi dinar Family as we always tend to do….with a brief review.

You remember we talked about the Minister of Finance and the Minister of Planning, Jubouri, he even came out and said, look, I’ll even give up my immunity….maybe all of us in the GOI should give up our immunity….and I believe this attitude by the GOI was propagated by what the Holy Man did….not by what Abadi did….not by what the CBI did….and not from what the GOI is doing to itself….and what did I call it…..phagocytosis….they consume themselves….they are killing themselves….removing that which is not important any longer.

And I told you the last time we were together….what four-letter word….it starts with an F….FEAR….was in the hearts of every GOI member….and what color were the cheeks of Abadi…..red….why….because he is sitting on a hot seat as are the other members of the GOI….it turns out exactly like we were telling you Family…..and we also said that when it is all said and done….there will only be about 70 ministers left in the GOI that are decent, honest, and legal…..and the rest of the other ministers will be replaced with honest, decent, and legal ministers.

The FEAR was brought forth, not by Abadi….not by the US….the US brought SECURITY….the FEAR was brought by the Holy Man and we told you so….and we started telling you this about three weeks ago….and when he did what he did with that Fatwa….he caused FEAR in the GOI and he literally slapped Abadi in the face.

Here take this it is from me….oh you are not sending one of your aides….you are not asking me to come in….oh my gosh…..oh hey Holy Man it is me….Abadi….me…..I don’t care any longer….you get out of here, I want a Prime Minister who will take care of this country…..llisten….look…..Holy Man have you ever seen a VCR….a what….why do you ask….you know a VCR….I have two of them on the second floor……well have you ever watched what happens when you pick up the remote control and press fast forward….that is what I am going to look like now says Abadi…..yeah right….if you do then I will pull back my request for you to be replaced…..and by the way Family….he did……I will I promise….we will get things done….we got this plan….yeah and you messed it up….now pay attention to the IMF….pay attention to the US….because you know what is going on don’t you….yes I know….they are here…well they have been here….but now they are here in my room.

Holy Man I am trying and I will do it a lot faster….Holy Man the US is here and you know what they are doing…..Holy Man you are going to get what you want….please don’t replace me….well we will see.

In the meantime you see a lot of military equipment arriving and finally the confessions by the media…..oh my goodness Iraq is being filled with American troops….really….that is such ancient history…..why do they now tell you this….well there was a great FEAR and the US has come in to put that FEAR out….and believe it or not there was a great FEAR in the GOI….IMO and in my TEAMS opinion….the US went into the GOI and told them….hey Fatwa You….we don’t care what you got from the Holy Man….we are here….the Marines are here….move over….you aren’t going to replace me are you…..we aren’t doing anything to your government….just move over.

This great FEAR started to multiply and the next thing you know Baghdadi’s nephew was killed in Ramadi….then one of his highest guards came in and started talking….and the next thing….I know….I know you are looking at Mosul and the internet is looking at Mosul….but I am here to tell you…..forget Mosul….because if you take a map and draw a straight line….you will see the truth of what is going on….you can’t get Mosul right now….you have to get Fallujah.

The banks in Fallujah are important….but the bank in Mosul is the main branch of the CBI and it is important….but you can’t get Mosul until you get Fallujah….and by the way you have to finish with Ramadi….we did….so then we take Fallujah so we can then turn focus onto Mosul and if all this happens….Family if you see the ground action start….oh we are very close.

We told you our troops were getting close to the hornets nest, but I’m here to tell you….IMO….we stopped…there are strategic reasons why we stopped….but the main thing as we come to an end of this review is that we told you to turn your eyes to Fallujah….then we can turn our eyes to Mosul….and then I can tell you….oh God we are so close.

Look as I told you my signature on the Forum is Hebrews 11:1, “That faith is the substance of hoped for and the evidence of things not seen.”…..but we are seeing many things and you are about to see many things….you know why….because it is FEBRUARY 8^th….we believe deep in our hearts that victory is about to be claimed in certain cities that are extremely important and if we get these cities and we have the SECURITY….not only of the banks but the citizens and everything you need…..then you can make a type of announcement that I think a lot of people are waiting to hear.

We start now with our INTEL to share with you.

Now normally when we get our communications it is encrypted….and obviously there are good reasons for it Family….but when this one came in there was nothing else that followed it….now this came in on Tuesday of last week….”IF IT IS IN PRINT, IT HAS ALREADY HAPPENED.”

Now we want to clarify something that is really important….do you remember the article about Maliki being under house arrest….no….and we will talk about it tonight…..do you remember the article that came out from Allawi from the Parliament that suggested we need Dr. Shabibi to come back at the helm of the CBI….this was the last one of our 1, 2, and 3….and we have already filled in that bracket….because we showed you he was coming back….this is the first time you actually hear from Parliament who comes out of their coffin and says to the world….we want Dr. Shabibi to come back at the helm of the CBI so he can complete his work….excuse me Parliament….who cares what you think about Dr. Shabibi and the CBI…..well we are Siamese twins….we know that because we are students….but do you think the rest of the world cares what you think about Dr. Shabibi…..”IF IT IS IN PRINT, IT HAS ALREADY HAPPENED.”

KTFA Family of mine….I am here to tell you the story of Maliki is false….I’m here to tell you that the story of Dr. Shabibi, the CBI, and Parliament and Allawi is 100% true.

When I am done tonight, DELTA will come in and give his report….and I will tell you once again….from our I-TEAMS, “IF IT IS IN PRINT, IT HAS ALREADY HAPPENED.”…..and I am telling you number 1 false….number 2 true.

Dr. Shabibi is the only man that can change the rate, except fo the IMF…which is equivalent to saying the US…but….we are not going to meddle in this event….this belongs to the IMF and the CBI…this belongs to the IMF and Dr. Shabibi….so Dr. Shabibi will you pick up where you left off…..will you continue forward exactly from where you left off if I hit unpause….will you raise the value of the currency of your country….to add more purchasing power for the citizens….and to qualify the budget, especially the HCL, and the oil companies who are waiting and also activate the percentage of the oil revenues that goes to the citizens of Iraq….would you do this……of course.

US troops that were to go into battle….Family we told you if you see evidence of the ground assault we are very close….I am here…IMO…..to tell you that the US troops who were entering into that battlefield of Fallujah were stopped….because they are taking care of what is going on in Baghdad instead….what is going on in Baghdad Family….the reforms of their country.

Because the USA and Abadi are not going anywhere….which only again reiterates…the US is in control and we are so mad that it has ben delayed after 1/1/2016…..so mad because they keep horsing around even as we manipulate the dollar and oil….for them….and they still walk around picking their noses and their butts at the same time.

So I’m sorry….get the Fatwa out of the way….and that is what is going on right now….and I don’t care what the articles tell you….and I really don’t care what the other gurus tell you….I’ve been reading their stuff.

The reforms that are going on right now in the GOI….in Parliament are happening now because we came in and we are in control and that is all there is to it….because in all honesty both Abadi and Sistani asked the US to come in and do this…..IMO.

Abadi can make the announcement about the change in their rate….but Abadi cannot appoint the rate, he cannot activate it…..only Dr. Shabibi can do that…..think about that.

Both Abadi and Sistani have asked….and it is like they both are now making up and being friendly again with one another…..but both have asked the US…..come in and get rid of Maliki and his bad people in the GOI….well if we do that….I’m sorry but we supersede your request….we are going to take over everything…and we do….then the US says to the Holy Man….we are going to get Maliki, but we certainly are not going to get Abadi…..do you understand Sistani…..well ok he says….then Sistani comes out today and says….ok you can stay Abadi.

As the sands turn in Iraq…..Abadi’s hands have been tied…..who do you think did it….yes we did it…..do you understand the value of what I am telling you….no one has this stuff….we are different aren’t we.

We told Abadi….lead or get out of the Fatwa way…..get out of the way….and that looks like what has happened, nothing against Abadi, he is a nice guy….but get out of the way…..yes the US is in there…but the thousands.

They also told you they put up these T-walls around Baghdad…..we told you there was a moat and T-walls they were putting around Baghdad….well it turns out that was false……we told you they stopped….they didn’t go into Fallujah….instead they did something in Baghdad….and the T-walls and the moat were part of the exaggeration of what they were doing….translations can get kind of silly sometimes….but it had to be done and had to be in preparation by FEBRUARY 8^th…..do you know what today is….and FEBRUARY 8^th has nothing to do with some Chinese New Year or some banking conference.

What FEBRUARY 8^th is….that from this point onward is empirical data….what is that…..data that is not filled with misinformation….it is pristine, clear, concise, precise….in other words….IMO….from this point onward we will not get any more lies or misleading stories….everything that comes out will be about their reforms.

Well first I’ll tell you about the conquering of the cities and the GOI sneaks out…..they always do this don’t they….I want to be a champion of INTEL….they always try to do this don’t they….I got a secret….what is it…..Dr. Shabibi is coming back….how do you know this….because the USA is in here and they just made a phone call and they are going to bring him back….you shouldn’t be telling the media this…well I’m just trying to make some points because they want to kill me…..I’m a good guy ok…..hey Allawi….you are about as good as good for nothing.

So that is it…the soap opera….the garbage…..that is it as far as the truth…..as far as the media is telling you.

Report number 2….Thursday evening going into Friday morning I cancelled Friday’s TEAM Chat….there is something going on Frank….with who….with Maliki….was he under house arrest….no that was garbage….they just exaggerated that in the translations….can I have a report….no Frank let it unfold…besides Frank history will never tell the truth…..but you are telling me that something is going on right now, this very second with Maliki….what about the news article about Maliki’s house arrest….no that was edited by the source who changed things in such a way as to inflame the Iraqi citizens against the USA….but then Abadi asked the US to get Maliki and the citizens heard this through the Holy Man….but once the US troops arrived they did not go after Maliki…you are kidding me, who did they go after…..they went after the militia…is that why they stopped at Fallujah…yes…..but if you are at the door of Fallujah why don’t you just go into Fallujah, then you can come back and get the militants……Frank….Abadi requested the US to do this…why….because they detained Abadi a few weeks ago…the militia…..Abadi simply wants them to be dealt with right now….and the US says….we are cool…..so once you see that the militia is dealt with in the media…..then let it unfold….leave this alone and you will see what happens to Maliki.

Meanwhile Iraq and the International coalition are now targeting Mosul…..this is very good news….we are at Mosul…..we are hitting….before we were just pinpointing the strikes….now we are actually targeting them….we are splitting them…..Fallujah versus Mosul….but the supply line was destroyed between the two places….the plans may have changed for when we were going into Fallujah because no one wanted the terrorists to jump back and forth between both cities….they did open an exit route for all Fallujah citizens to leave as quickly as possible but it has created a bottleneck because terrorists are also fleeing in that same direction…..that is why we hold.

Meanwhile it is FEBRUARY 8^th….yes empirical data from this point forward…..the militia first…..yes…..then Maliki…..ok…that is impressive and it is strong….and this the US coming in and saying we are not taking any more of this nonsense….and what did I tell you they were doing in Baghdad….the reforms.

Meanwhile the concept of cleaning up these cities, getting the banks back, bringing in more security…making them more eligible for economic growth and for the international world to come in….while all this was going on, something very good happened against Maliki….what…..well Maliki used to have a Supreme Court judge in his right pocket….his name was Mamook….many of you saw me three days ago tell my TEAMS….we got MA….Mamook.

It ends up that Mamook who was going towards retirement ends up in the pocket of Maliki and Maliki puts him in the position where he is the Supreme Court Justice, he oversees all the other judges….but at the same time Maliki also puts him at the head of the Cessation Court….but you can’t do that…..that is cheating and is illegal….what one court says the other court supersedes….you get anything you want……Mamook did you do this for Maliki….well yes….but he forced me to do this….I worked for Maliki and no one would tell me that I couldn’t use the laws for his evil doings…..I took care of both courts….but I know that only one person can hold each of these positions….but recently another judge replaced me as head of the Cessation Court….so everything is ok now….right…hello…..and the moral of this story is that Mamook is now very scared….so let’s just wait and see what happens to Mamook…..we are there now….we know what almost happened to Abadi…..we know what is happening with the Holy Man…..we know what is happening with the ministers….they are dying….they are leaving…..we understand the power of Maliki….because we kept him so close to us…..right to our chest….but Maliki’s whole network is coming unraveled.

I’m going to tell you something Family….the reforms in Iraq have started….TA DA.

Ok, remember who said it…..the GOI…the Parliament….ok Allawi….I think we need to get Dr. Shabibi back in here ok….just shut up…..we know he is coming back….just shut up…..I was just trying to help…..just shut up Allawi, you know they are going to get rid of you….minister of bozos.

You see we had Allawi….then we had another one…can’t remember his name….but I will just tell you that the whole GOI wants Dr. Shabibi back…..IMO…..every Parliament member….every minister….they all support Dr. Shabibi coming back….they all raise their hands….because they think he will save their butts….that is the truth and the news papers are trying to tell you the truth in their own primitive way.

So what happened yesterday into this morning as we look at Report number three…..Allawi and others suggested that Dr. Shabibi should come back….this is not be coincidence….it is by CONTROL….I told you that after the 8^th you will start seeing empirical data.

The problem is the Parliament wants Dr. Shabibi back because they cannot fix the problem….the CBI without him cannot fix the problem….and what is the problem…their reforms…and the mother of all reforms is the Currency Reform….all the other ones need this one to kick start them….that is why they have problems with liquidity and their own stupidity….with everything….and the only thing that will solve it is money…raise the value of their currency…..how many times have we said it, 1,472 times….we keep track….just joking.

The whole Parliament is asking for Dr. Shabibi’s return…..they are clamoring….look here look who is in our room….they have come back…..and you know what else…..if Dr. Shabibi doesn’t show up, those in Parliament will make Abadi’s life miserable. Abadi has asked for Dr. Shabibi to come back….TA DA.

There are still some criticisms towards Abadi, he is still in the hot seat….but he knows what he has to do….put this in your notes….Abadi right now has orders….he has to follow these orders….you are seeing them unfold in front of you….you don’t know the amount, you don’t know the order….but Abadi is doing something in order to bring Dr. Shabibi back…TA DA again….this is all powerful stuff.

So is this a delay that Abadi has to do some things….not really….he’s going them left and right….so was the Monetary Reform delayed Family….was it stalled…..well I guess you could say all kinds of things got in the way….tariffs, Maliki….all kinds of things….here is what I want to say…..I believe because it is a lava flow…the Monetary Reform of the Iraqi dinar was hindered….by the very people in Parliament who are now bowing to Dr. Shabibi.

Ever since Sistani’s Fatwa all is coming into form with these reforms….watch them unfold in February to complete many things in March…..Allawi is part of the Parliament….he spoke up and asked Dr. Shabibi to please come back….and the GOI even said we will get rid of Allak….because Allak does not qualify.

DELTA’s report

I will make this real fast for the Family….first I would like to wish all of you good health as we get ready to receive this blessing that we believe to be really close….not because of rumors or whatever else you may be hearing…but because of the facts that we have shared with you coming from the contract with the IMF back on January 12^th with the CBI and the Iraqi Financial Minister.

If you go back and read this document again you will see that we are really very close…..that most of the things the IMF is asking Iraq to do they have done except for one thing…that is that by the end of February the government of Iraq must remove the restrictions on the Investment Law of Iraq…..if you take the time to reread this part of the contract you should see that we keep talking about Article 8 and part of that concerns the freedom of movement of capital….they are asking Iraq to remove restrictions on the movement of these funds….as things stand now you can go to Iraq and open a business but you are severely restricted on moving any funds….but as a business you must be able to take the profits you make in dinars and transfer them into whatever currency you operate from in your own country….so they are expecting Article 8 compliance by the end of this month to free up these currency issues….but we all know they cannot do this without the currency reform.

I also want to remind you that a while back we told you the IMF wanted 2 things from Iraq….the tariffs and the lifting of the 000’s and in the process they must move their rate up at least to 1 to 1 or even higher than the dollar….this is very exciting.

Again Family this is not coming from rumors but facts that are stemming from the IMF-Iraqi contract from last month…..what the IMF has done is very clear, they have given Iraq their homework and if Iraq fails to get the homework completed in time things will turn very bad for them……things will turn bad with the IMF….they will not get any money from the IMF and right now they need $6-7 billion dollars.

There is an urgency for the government to follow through….the IMF will sit in the back of the room and watch them work….you get the work done and you will get as much money as you need….you don’t get the work done…you get nothing…..you will hurt yourself.

This contract with Iraq by the IMF was actually written and completed in October but was not published until January 2016 as you have seen.

We continue to be very excited about this contract and the work being done in association with it, especially that work that is being completed now before the end of February.

Second report is that the CBI has announced they are ready to launch the E-dinar….I don’t know if you remember that I brought you a report from the main guy at the Rafidian Bank where he was stating we cannot start the E-commerce yet because we wait for the CBI to lift the 000’s and as long as they don’t do this then we cannot start the e-commerce part of banking…..so what is going on now….the CBI coming out and stating we are ready to apply the e-dinar….this is a huge article….they work towards a cashless society like many others in the international world are doing today….like in the Us today hardly any use hard cash any more, most all transactions are electronic and digital…..Iraq wants to head in this direction to help eliminate corruption and end fraud and help people be more secure in their transactions…..so for the CBI to announce they are ready for e-dinar transactions this has to be an indication they are ready to lift the 000’s too.

The CBI is doing some kind of business behind closed doors….in checking the CBI website today it was up and down….this is unusual for them to be like this and leads us to wonder what they may be doing behind closed doors…..don’t be surprised to see something just pop out from the CBI.

Another important point with the CBI has to do with the auctions….as we can all see that the numbers with the auctions are going very low….this has been going on for several days now….this is important to us because they used to sell dollars because of the imports coming from many places as well as the amount of corruption before….but now if you remember Iran had their sanctions lifted so they no longer have a need for dollars and that is where many of the dollars were being smuggled to from Iraq…..now the only tool you can use to buy dollars with is dinars….but the banks are saying they have no dinars….no liquidity….so the auction numbers keep going down and commissions from the auctions are going down as well.

Finally another report from an announcement today that all the preparations are ready to implement the Economic Reform….Abadi had an emergency meeting 24 hours ago and he put this to the committee to work in the private sector….they need to activate the private sector and the market economy….they needed one thing….the currency reforms.

Iraq cannot move to Article 8 they cannot implement the e-currency unless they do the currency reform….without it they cannot do anything and they know that….so within the budget, I believe he said Article 15 of the budget, they have to activate the private sector…so this is law….Abadi’s emergency meeting basically was to get this private sector activated as soon as possible.

DELTA is looking for good things to happen by the end of February and definitely by the banking conference in Lebanon around March 7.

Between DELTA’s report and I-TEAM’s report we can sense something going on within the CBI….no we do not know what just yet at this point….all of I-TEAM’s reports are encrypted….simple statements that make you wonder just what is happening.

DELTA’s report was outstanding, it even floored me, I wasn’t expecting it at all.

Allawi is part of Parliament and he stepped out and told Dr. Shabibi, please come back…we will get rid of Allak who is not qualified….in fact Dr. Shabibi let it be known in our opinion that Zebari is not qualified….he was formerly the Foreign Minister and in all due respect he is not qualified to be the Finance Minister….you can appoint who ever you want….in fact you know something……Zebari who has been a bad guy too, do you know what his degree is in…it is in Psychology….no degree in Finance….so we have seen the error….we have seen the wrong on our behalf, we are sorry we put a mechanic in there to be a doctor….please know Dr. Shabibi that all of Parliament is on your side….do you understand Dr. Shabibi that we are ready to get rid of our Finance Minister as we welcome you back Dr. Shabibi.

This screams a new form of SECURITY and attitude within the GOI….this would make me and Dr. Shabibi want to come back….it is nice to see all of Parliament on the same side as the citizens for once.

Yes there are a lot of US troops there, but I want you to know they are in the green zone….that article that talks about our troops in the Green Zone also talked about Maliki being arrested….no….they blew up that part and just ran with the story…the only true part is that our troops are in the Green Zone….there is no moat or T-wall, but we are there and that is much stronger.

The US believes there is something afoot to remove Abadi….but let it be known…..Abadi goes no where…..the Holy Man, Sistani, has backed off from replacing Abadi….but Abadi is still under great pressure from everyone in Iraq….they want him to finish the reforms….and now that we are in there, he is going to finish them…..they can have all the credit they want…and the key point is that these are the same people who did not want to lift the value of their currency….these are the same people who did not want Dr. Shabibi back….these are the same people who would rather steal from their government.

We do have questions from I-TEAMS to all of our TEAMS…questions:

MARK 1: How close is Dr. Shabibib from coming back if he is even truly coming back?

IMO the USA is doing this Family….we are now in control by forced capitulation I suppose.

Iraq….yes…..we are here…I know…..do what we want you to do….or we will do it and you will like it…ok.

Caveat….not you Iraq…oh…who….they will know….the same articles…..stop being against the USA….we are not puppet masters….don’t force us to be.

But because of the deep stuff you guys put yourselves into….you’ve got no choice but to turn everything over to us….let us put our hands on the wheel of the helm now…..just watch….watch us bring Dr. Shabibi back to the helm of the CBI.

Now family if and only if Dr. Shabibi is coming back….either way I don’t think the US is going to let this go this time around….we are there….like I’ve said jokingly, get the Fatwa out of the way….we have landed again to finish the job.

We know we have to be careful with articles Family….the articles…the sources they hate us….if you trace many of these articles back to the sources you will see what they truly say about the USA.

Also may we suggest that the Internet within Iraq is about to be shut down….actually Baghdad is alive it will be the perimeters that will be shutdown…IOO.
