FRANK26......12-18-2015

Hello Family let us pray,

Gracious Heavenly Father we offer many thanks for the bountiful blessings that we find in our lives on this day.  Father we pray for your guidance in our lives, especially for those times that seem so bleak and near impossible, we look up to You knowing Your intervention for us will guide us through this new storm.  Father we pray asking that You heal those who are sick or ill, those who suffer from stress of life, work, or family issues.  Father shine Your light upon our path to guide us on this day.  We pray that Jesus did not die in vain and that His blood has washed away the sins of the world, for that we are ever thankful.  Help us Father to speak the words that need to be shared with others who struggle more than we do, help us to guide them to warm salvation in this time of cold.  Father we so look forward to celebrating the Miracle that is quickly coming upon us n this season, the birth of Your Son here on earth.  Help the world Lord to find peace and to bring so many who have been enemies together to understand that peace is possible for one and all.  We pray these words as an offering to You….a first step towards such peace….in the name of Christ Jesus….hear our words….AMEN.

Welcome again Family as always it is great to spend this time writing to you and opening things up for the new weekend that is upon us, the weekend before the most wonderful Miracle of all time….the birth of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ….it is a time to prepare and to rejoice what is coming….it is a time to renew faith…or maybe to discover Biblical faith for the very first time….regardless it is a time to be encouraged that we will be blessed in many ways.

Today’s verse….I hope that if you’ve been with us for any length of time that by now it should be fairly recognizable to you….it has accompanied every post that Frank has made with KTFAlways.com and even well before that.  Stop and think about that verse for a second……realize that faith is the seeing of the invisible….but not of the nonexistent…..yes…..look in this direction with me…..we live in a very a world loaded with technology at every turn, yet our world also feels so out of control at the same time…..but look to the Word….through all the haste and confusion….the Word…..God’s Word tell us….it reaffirms for us that He is in CONTROL.

Now remember back to the Israelites when they were driven to the Red Sea, they had witnessed his miracles that brought them out of slavery in Egypt, yet as they stood before the Red Sea their human eyes could only focus upon that which they could see….and all looked bleak and impossible at that point for them.  They failed the first test of faith as they turned to Moses and said it would have been better to serve their lives in slavery rather than to die in the wilderness.  What they failed in was the ability to encourage themselves even as they stood witness to the Divine intervention that had brought them to this point.

Look at Biblical faith and understand it stands firmly upon the invisible reality of God’s presence, power, and protection…this is even true for such impossible situations as faced by the Israelites and still true today for those circumstances that you and I may face.  No doubt when times are tough it is difficult to keep your eyes focused on Heaven and on God….but it is His sovereignty over all earthly events that should help us keep our faith focused even on those things unseen yet we know to be present.  Our invisible God has delivered, preserved, and protected us in so many past events.  We must not allow the invisibility of God’s power, presence, and protection cause us to panic or fear….instead stand firm and see the salvation works of the Lord.

Now faith is confidence in what we hope for and assurance about what we do not see.  Hebrews 11:1

Go in Peace
Blessings to you all

Aloha
